David C. Shaw, President (Owner)

Licensed Master HVAC Contractor, Maryland. David's HVAC field experience began in 1986 after leaving the Merchant Marine Service. In addition, David holds a Journeyman Plumbers License for Maryland. David is a present member, and past president, of the St. Michael's Rotary Foundation.

T. Flynn Edmiston

T. Flynn Edmiston, Vice President

Flynn has an Associate Arts degree from Chesapeake College along with Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury University of Maryland. He is a Licensed Master HVAC Contractor, Maryland and entered the HVAC industry in 1984.

Sean T. Hunt

Sean T. Hunt, Company Operations Officer

Licensed Master HVAC Contractor, Maryland. Sean also holds a Journeyman Plumbers License for Maryland and is working towards his Masters Plumbing license. Sean has been in the field since 1990.

Kenneth C. Effinger

Licensed Maryland Master Plumber. Ken has been providing plumbing needs on the Eastern Shore since the 1960's. (Note: Ken was in business for himself before joining David's team.) Ken Effinger passed away on Sunday January 29, 2012. He will be missed.

Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA)

ACCA is a group of over 4,000 air conditioning contractors who work together to improve our industry, promote good practices, and keep homes and buildings safe, clean and comfortable. ACCA is the largest association of HVACR contractors and the preferred service provider for members in all 50 states and worldwide.

ACCA Standards of Conduct

  1. Instill the highest respect for the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) contracting profession within their communities.
  2. Maintain strict compliance with all laws, regulations and ordinances pertaining to the HVACR industry and business operations prescribed by federal, state, county and municipal governments.
  3. Design, install, service and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems in accordance with accepted industry standards.
  4. Develop and maintain an understanding of proper equipment selection to assure customers of safe, dependable and comfortable performance.
