Don't get turned away in the heat of summer or the cold of winter. With our “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement, you get priority service: 99% of the time, we’ll respond to an emergency the same day!
Schedule your Precision Tune-up between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Have an emergency? Saturdays are covered with the “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement! Plus, just pay a flat-rate (not full overtime rates) after-hours, on Sundays and on holidays!

To sign up for a new “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement, schedule an inspection of your equipment by filling out our service request form or give us a call. Our phone representative and service technician will go over your options with you and you can choose how to proceed from there.
Shaw’s will provide a qualified technician to inspect your heating and air conditioning equipment for proper operation, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except holidays.
Twice annually thereafter, we will provide a qualified technician to check your equipment for proper operation, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except holidays.
As a “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement member, you will always receive priority service for repairs over non-members, usually resulting in same-day service.
The “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement includes such labor and parts as may be required to keep your heating and air conditioning equipment in proper working order as detailed in the Premium Agreement.
This agreement includes parts and labor for necessary repairs to covered equipment, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, except holidays.
Repairs performed on holidays, Sundays and after normal business hours will cost $110 per occurrence, to be paid by the customer at the time of the repair.
Under this agreement, filters, if provided by the homeowner will be replaced or cleaned as needed during your maintenance check.

And, there's no charge for this service! Plus, you already know that we never pass along those pesky credit card surcharges to you. Now, you can have parts and labor coverage for a single heating and air conditioning system for less than $40 a month!
If you're already a member of our “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement, all you have to do is follow the instructions on your renewal when you get it in the mail; it's that simple!
With EZ - Pay, your credit card is charged monthly or annually and your agreement is automatically renewed. Should you want to stop just give us a call, email or write us stating you’d like to discontinue service. Should the service be discontinued during your contract year, the remaining balance of the agreement would be charged to the credit card account you provide. And, don’t worry, if there are any changes to your coverage, the most current copy of our Premium Agreements are always available on-line.
Loyalty Bucks will be accumulated by “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement members, each consecutive year the Premium Agreement is renewed, we will set aside 50 Loyalty Bucks in the Loyalty Bucks Bank to be put toward the cost of any complete system replacement! You don’t have to sign up or fill out any extra paperwork. If you’re a “Comfort Club” Premium member, we do all the work for you.
Loyalty Bucks accrue upon receipt of payment each year the “Comfort Club” Premium Agreement is renewed. Loyalty Bucks are not divisible or redeemable for cash upon termination or expiration of your Premium service agreement.
To obtain your Loyalty Bank balance, please e-mail us or fill out our form online! Loyalty Bucks may only be used toward the purchase of a complete system replacement and are not eligible for use in conjunction with other discounts, specials or offers other than manufacturer or federal rebates, where applicable.
You can earn a maximum of 500 Loyalty Bucks; bucks do not expire as long as you maintain your Premium Agreement. They may not be transferred and cannot be accrued retroactively.
