Shaw's Heating, Air and Plumbing guarantees that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. This guarantee is meant to guarantee that the equipment we install is sized accurately for the home at the time of installation. It does not cover situations where the home does not maintain proper temperature caused by a component or part failure.

One Year Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is our goal, and we know it means you will become a happy satisfied customer for life. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new system for one full year, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation for you. If we cannot, we will remove the system equipment we installed and refund you your money. Your trust means we can take pride we did the job right the first time and you're satisfied with our performance.

We guarantee the best value at the lowest cost to you, based on our detailed Shaw's Heating, Air and Plumbing specifications using comparable products, efficiency, warranties, guarantees, and our installation quality standards. Our price to you is the best value you can receive in the market as a direct, apples to apples comparison, or we will meet your documented price and give you $200 if you present a legitimate competitive quote from a Maryland State licensed and insured contractor in writing.
